Pattern:

Chain in multiples of twenty-five to desired length, plus ten.

• Row One: Work one Double Crochet in ninth chain from hook. * Chain two, skip two, Double Crochet in next [third chain from hook]. Repeat from * to end. Chain one and turn [counts as first here and throughout].
• Row Two: Work one Single Crochet in next eight [doing two Single Crochet in each chain two space and one Single Crochet in each double crochet of previous row]. Chain ten, skip five, Single Crochet in next. * Single Crochet in next seventeen. Chain ten, skip five, Single Crochet in next. Repeat from * to end. One Single Crochet in last nine stitches. Chain one and turn.
• Row Three: One Single Crochet in next four, chain two, Double Crochet in chain ten space of previous row. Work six more Double Crochet in same space, chain two, seven more Double Crochet in same space, chain two, one Single Crochet in seventh Single Crochet of previous row from hook. Single Crochet in next six. * Chain two, work seven Double Crochet into next chain ten space of previous row, chain two, seven more Double Crochet in same space. Chain two, Skip five, Single Crochet in next seven. Repeat from * to end. One Single Crochet in last five stitches. Chain one and turn.
• Row Four: One Single Crochet in next three. * Chain two, skip next Single Crochet and Chain two of previous row and work one Double Crochet in next seven. Double Crochet, Chain two, Double Crochet, all in next chain space, One Double Crochet in next seven, chain two, skip chain space and one single crochet of previous row, one single crochet in next five. Repeat from * to end. One Single Crochet in last five. Chain one and turn.
• Row Five: One Single Crochet in next two. * Chain two, Double crochet in first double crochet of previous row. Chain two, skip one, Double Crochet in next three times. Chain two, Double Crochet in chain space, chain two, double crochet in same chain space. Chain two, skip two, double crochet in next. Chain two, skip one, Double Crochet in next three times. Chain two, skip chain two space and one single crochet of previous row, single crochet in next three. Repeat from * to end. One Single Crochet in last four. Chain one and turn.
• Row Six: One Single Crochet in next. * Chain two, work a Double Crochet in chain space between first two Double Crochets of previous row. Chain seven, slip stitch into fifth loop of chain from hook, chain one, double crochet into next chain space. Repeat from seven more times, working two of those seven in the fourth space [the peak]. Chain two, skip chain two and one single crochet of previous row, one Single Crochet into next. Repeat from * to end
