It’s difficult to imagine what one million people look like or for that matter what one million pounds would look like.
A year ago I said that I would have one million visitors to my blog in this year and here I am at 996,909 visitors to date. I have no way of knowing who will be the 1,000,000 visitor but thought I should celebrate with a giveaway.
Next problem what to giveaway. . . . . Okay the winner will get a $50.00 gift voucher to spend in either my Etsy Store or my ravelry store. Everyone who enters will also be a winner as I will email everyone an exclusive crochet pattern PDF.
To win the bonus ‘mystery’ prize which will be a package of indulgent goodies you will need to leave an estimate of how many visitors will have been to my blog on Friday 26th November at 12.00 GMT.
So what do you need to do to be in to win.
1. Visit either of the above stores and have a browse and leave a comment here telling me which is your favourite pattern and why.
2. If you wish to be entered twice, if you link from you blog to this post, again leave a comment and I will enter you twice.
3. To allow me to send you the exclusive pattern please email me at thesunroomuk@googlemail.com in the title mark it as ‘one millionth giveaway’ and let me have your email address to send the pattern to.
Best of luck to everyone. I will let this giveaway run until Friday the 26th November, 2010 to allow as many as possible to participate.

I read your blog several times a week and being a fellow crocheteteer, I always seeing what others are doing! I must say it is very hard for me to choose which pattern I like the best. teh shawls are some of my fav's but, the one that keeps pulling my eyes back to is, The Big Snuggle Alpaca Scarf. I want this scarf! it looks so soft and warm and the color is one of my fav colors of blue. I can imagine myself on my way to church ot coming home from work with this beautiful scarf around my neck. What a great give-a-way! Thanks for all of your wonderful Ideas!

Picking one is too hard but since I HAVE to. the J'adore Granny Blanket. I love the different size squares and the colors and the whole mix just looks perfect together.
Wow! Your patterns are so colorful and Cheerful!! I think my especially favorite was the Granny Stripe Moibius Wrap and I liked the Retro granny and the grandad square. How many to visit from now until the 26th? I'll say.....577. Thank you for your generous offer! I will be popping in again and again! LOL
This is one of my favorites crochet places to visit. Thank you for sharing free patterns. Your designs are my favorites because they're fashionable, trendy, different without being weird and directions are easy to follow and clear. Hard to pick one, but currently, I think the Circular ribbed shrug is my favorite because I haven't seen anything else like it, it would go with everything, can wear it as dresy item or as casual item. also would be perfect layer to add a little warmth without being too heavy.
A million visitors is a milestone for sure, I think you will have 999,909 visitors by months end.mmcrochet on Ravelry
Mine has to be the circular crochet shrug. It is very generous of you!
I like the Baby's Pastel Swirl Blanket. The swirl effect is so cool! My guess would be 998,776 visitors. Dee

Gosh it's hard to choose from your patterns, but I think I like the crochet slouchy beret best. Really cool. Am a big fan of your creations!
And well done on that huge number of visitors :D
Wow! What a giveaway and so generous sharing your pattern too. Very exciting!

http://www.etsy.com/listing/58675982/granny-stripes-traditional-shawl-crochet it's so cute!
I love the Forget Me Not Comfort Shawl and the mobius shalw/scarf patterns and have been thinking of making one for a while now.
I found your blog through an email from "All Free Crochet" it linked to your spiral scarf pattern.
I love the Grandad Lap Blanket on the etsy site.
Picking just one of your fabulous patterns is not easy!It would have to be the Heart Rag Rug, which would be perfect for my Grandaughter`s new bedroom.
My `visitors` to you blog guess would be 1,003,254!
you have such grfeat patterns. The one i like best is the swirl baby blanket shawl. I like the way it looks. I think you will get 500 more visits between now and the 26th. Good luck.

I like many of your patterns so it's hard to choose one... but the Mardi Gras scarf is the one I'd probably want to make first.
I have found that my most favorite items to crochet are shawls and wraps. Living by the ocean it gets a bit chilly in the evening but I want my coverups to be fun and fashionable!! I choose as my favorite the Granny Stipes Moibius Wrap...I can definitely see that making a statement over a strapless sundress!
I created a link to this on my blog. I know I don't have a ton of followers but I'm still new at this! Again, thanks for the opportunity!
Well, I just had a very enjoyable jaunt through both shops, and I must say it is difficult to choose just one pattern that I like the most. I really enjoyed the rugs - as a matter of fact I recently acquired some old sheets from my mom that I will be "stripping" up to crochet into a rug! The ribbed patterns also caught my attention, grandpa's square looks particularly warm. However, if I MUST choose just one, I would have to say the Cotton Circular Shrug Crochet Pattern is the one that caught my eye and practically screamed at me - it is very attractive and looks like it would be a nice addition to several people's wardrobes that I know!
Thanks for a great blog, by the way!!
For the bonus giveaway, my guess for the number of visitors to your blog by 26th November is 998,716.
:)
I put a quick post up on my blog advertising your contest! You can see my little blurb here:

my favourite design, with so mnay to choose from it is s hard to select just one. it would be the grandad square.
Your designs are marvellous, thank you for sharinf with us.
I linked to this from my blog.
And I'd have to say my favorite pattern of yours would have to be the Chunky Ribbed Berets. I love berets, and this one is especially awesome. As for how many visitor to your site, I'll guess 1,000,000. Though it would be really weird if it is exactly one million.
I just found your blog a few weeks ago and I love looking at all your great ideas!
I love your grandad squares - a nice, unique twist on granny's.
My guess: 1,001,053 visitors.

Hi everyone. I predict about 1 000 562 guests by that time.
My favourite pattern was hard to choose but that would be the Vintage Style Granny Blanket.
Hiya,
I really liked many of your patterns, but if I had to choose one as a favourite, I'd choose the Glisten Wrap, for its elegance, and (I know you shouldn't choose a pattern based on this) I LOVE the colours!
My e-mail address is morahchaya@gmail.com
My guess about your visitors is 1.001.385 ! And like many others l like many of your patterns but specialy dotty cushion cover and ebba wrap! Thanks for counting me in!
