Finished at last but unfortunately still no good bright sunlight for photographs.
At this point it was still a work in progress, growing by the day.
I’m not going to write up a pattern as there are a few available online already. If you visit ravelry and type in granny stripes you will find free patterns. My blanket is neither of those patterns but the overall effect is the same – stripes.
Oh the joy of it – look at all those ends to be sewn in!
4 Rounds of single crochet to finish it off.
It now measures 54” x 45” so much larger than I had initially intended.
